Collection of Digital Products & Branding Work Examples

Timeframe:

2014 - 2019

Summary

It is sometimes difficult to capture a body of work that extends over 8 years. An even bigger challenge is to present past work that still retains some level of relevance while also remaining brief and to the point. After analyzing my career to date, I have highlighted a collection of work that I am the proudest of – some of which are still live and active today.

Optimizing FTD Flowers Purchasing Experience

eCommerce Website • UX/UI Designer

FTD expressed the need to improve their tablet checkout experience. As the client-side UX/UI Designer, competitive analysis research was conducted along with several prototype options before a conscience was reached to integrate a simple multipage checkout experience. After seeing great success with 2+4% increased conversion rates, FTD decided to integrate these key UI/UX improvements into their desktop website which are still live today.

Designing Neiman Marcus' Wedding Registry Experience

Responsive Web App • Lead Designer

Neiman Marcus wanted to integrate an entirely new wedding registry microservice into their existing eCommerce ecosystem. As the project Lead Designer, I developed a customer journey roadmap and oversaw the product's design. This was my first end-to-end project which is still live today.

Improving Barnes & Noble In-store Kiosk and Website

In-store Kiosk and Website • UI/Interaction Designer

After a few omnichannel successes, Barnes & Noble approached us with the intention of building an entirely new in-store app experience. The objective was to help customers search store inventory for merchandise while also optimizing the overall in-store customer experience. I contributed by designing and prototyping the products UI/IDX components, while later contributing visual designs for their eCommerce website.

Designing our Best-in-Class eCommerce Experience

Responsive eCommerce Platform • Lead Designer

As our projects and teams were growing, so was our knowledge and foresight. Working as the Lead Designer, I oversaw the revamp of our eCommerce platform. Version 2.0 of our B2C platform integrated features like quick checkout from PLP, responsive store locators, and simple yet highly customizable modular eComm components. Although this is now a previous version, it is still active as a product today.

Building HEAVBIT'S Branding  – Online and Offline

Branding & Website • Experience Design

HEAVYBIT is a coworking space for product development focused startups. It provides a
9-month
program which offers classes, workshops, and a network of mentors to help accelerate their business.

I was involved early with the company's branding. This included the company logo, building graphics. Most recently I designed the website’s podcast player and supporting visual content. They continue to be an ongoing client.

More to Come!

I'll be adding a few more projects for 2019 very soon.

Check back soon.
